How to Order
Prices quoted shall be in TT Dollar for customers within Trinidad and Tobago (adjusted for the exchange rate on the day the quotation is prepared). All other quotes shall be in US Dollars.
It is not necessary to create an account before creating a quote list. Start by browsing the store and adding the items you wish to buy to your Quote List (which functions like a shopping cart). When you are finished, finalize your quote in the quote list screen, and at this point add your billing details on this screen. If you wish to ship to a different address, please include the shipping details also. If your billing address is the same as your shipping address, remove the checkmark next to “Ship to a different address”.
Finally, remember to include your email address and a note if desired. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly otherwise we will not receive your request. Complete by clicking the “Submit Quote Request” button. If done properly you will receive a copy of your request in your email. Also you will receive a Welcome email showing your username (usually firstname.lastname) and the generated password to access your account.
In the future, you may log in on returning to the store, and from the My Account page, you can view and manage your previous quotes, change your password, adjust or add shipping addresses, and more. Please keep your account information private and do not share access to your account.
When your quote request is received, we will begin working on preparing your quotation—usually completed within 3 business days—and you will be informed via email. You will have the opportunity to accept or reject our quotation. If you accept it, we will provide a Proforma Invoice via email which will include payment details, order lead-time, shipping information etc. If you wish to alter the quantities, add or remove items etc please submit a new quote request.
