Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Tradewey. We appreciate the fact that you are interested in purchasing products on our website. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Tradewey. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing a quote request or making a purchase at Tradewey, you agree to the terms set forth below.

If there’s something wrong with any item you received from Tradewey or you received the wrong item, we will make good on the error at no further cost to you. We will however not be able to issue a refund nor credit for your item. Please retain such items in their original packaging to avoid being billed for them until we can retrieve them.


We take pride in serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with the utmost care.

Thorough quality checks are carried out at the factory before processing every ordered item. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency, and quality customer care:

  • We DO NOT allow returns on sold products due to the nature of the products.
  • We DO NOT accept returned goods, again due to the nature of the goods we sell.
  • Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made.
  • We DO NOT encourage exchanges of our products.
  • We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.

For International Orders:

  • We DO NOT support Exchanges or Returns.
  • If you cancel the order before we process it and dispatch for shipping, a refund can be processed. Depending on the stage at which the order is cancelled there may be processing fees charged.
  • Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, canceled or refunded.
